Do you have the Knobs in a different finish?

I have to say I love this vanity (I have it) but hate the knobs, can't stand them. One for the color ( it doesnt match my hardware) and two its very sharp. Do these knobs come in different finishes? or do you have another two screw knob that would fit this??
