Crown moulding

if you have a ceiling at 10' and two of the side walls slant from 9' up to 10... Would you put crown moulding on all four walls at the top 10' (need to adjust the crown on the slanted walls of course)... Or would you put flat moulding on all four walls at 9' (where the slant starts on two walls)? Thank you!! Room size is 14' x 20'.

Great question and I wish I could visualize the space to better answer your question. My first thought is crown does not work well on a slanted ceiling - good luck. Perhaps send me a photo and I can better address.

We did it. It looks amazing. I will send you a picture. Only works on a smaller slant I believe. It was a 12inch slant.

We put it at the top at 10 ft so visually your eye goes all the way up. We had to adjust the crown moulding on the 2 side walls that slanted. Looks fantastic.

Love the wainscot, where do you find this and what type of wood. I would like this in my FL home, it is a blue and white scheme.
