I generally think cabinet hardware is often over-priced, but that link you included showed a price of $14 per pull, which isn't terrible. However, you can do better, and when you are looking at stainless pulls, you are unlikely to have to worry about deterioration, regardless of the source.

Take a look at the selection at build.com, which carries good quality products (I've bought from them numerous times). Some of their bar pulls start at about $2, and they have fast shipping and a generous return policy: Build.com bar pulls. Most of their pulls look like they get great reviews, too.
