help me with finishing touches....please!?!

now that warmer weather wants to make an appearance before it quickly leaves I would like to complete the front of my house I need suggestions please ! the tan bottom of the house I am planning to paint a gray color of sorts and match the roof can anyone give me suggestions on what to plant in the front of my home to make it more appealing

Stain the foundation, railings and the lattice white, and then landscape.

I would paint the porch and the stairs all white to match and the actual house a navy blue. With a gray roof & white trim it will really pop

Look at the color “raindrop”by Sherwin Williams. We recently repainted, we used SW Mach Wind for the body, bright white trim and raindrop porch ceiling. Look at Carla Scott 1 Finished Porch!

For planting’s, I would use greenery and bulbs. Bulbs are usually self propagating and generate tons of flowers.

Just to clarify, do you mean you plan on painting the foundation grey? If so, I am not sure I would. I understand the desire to connect it to the roof, but a painted stone? brick? foundation will need more upkeep.

I like the idea of navy, but that would really stand out in your neighborhood. Is that desirable for you?

What plant zone are you in? Which direction does the house face? How much sunlight does your front yard receive?

Since you have that trellis in front of the porch I would plant a climbing plant, like a thornless rose bush or sweet pea.

@carolsingletary... Yes I wanted to stain the foundation grey. I thought when I painted the stair rail white and the steps gray nd the syair risers with white it would look better
