Fran, this one was done by a local long-armer. I had no emotional investment in this - just a way to try a Bonnie Hunter pattern and use up scraps. I no longer do queen size on my domestic machine.

Thanks, All. Bonnie has this on the Internet, although I used the book. After my husband bought me three of her books I felt obligated to make one up!

I did get bored. It’s basically one 7-piece block with either a light or dark center. Mine is truly scrappy, but I added in a few colors when the quilt needed it. Then I just moved the blocks around. You could use batiks, plaids, whatever. It might be trickier with large prints. I never have enough light scraps, so had to buy some.
