My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Difference between #701831 and 702852

#702852 is showing the hanging weight a 106lbs with the other one 123lb otherwise everything seems the same. So wondering why one weighs more.

    The model number 701852 is the number for this fixture in the Gray Iron finish. The model number 701831 is the number for this fixture in the Polished Nickel finish.
