How do I change to LED bulb for brighter light?

The light is very dim and was told when I ordered that I could change halogen bulb to LED. Do I need to change the bulb base or can I just replace current bulb with an LED light bulb?

This comes with integrated light kit/bulb and bulb cannot be switched. -- This can be purchased with an integrated LED bulb if you want LED lights.

The fans are hung. Can I purchase the integrated kit to use with what I already have then switch out to LED bulbs?

Sorry - I was originally told the bulb cannot be switched out because it is integrated... BUT I was just informed that you CAN purchase an E-11 Mini Candelabra Base LED bulb ( 6 watts) and switch out the bulb. Hopefully that will work...
