Hi I’ve been following the forum for a year since I bought my house. Do the recommended care, soil sample fertilize as recommended By the sample. This spring one decent size patch of my lawn has a significant issue.

i attached some Pictures. The rest of the lawn has awakened from winter and looks great, but this area is mostly brown, kind of shaggy, very stringy, matted and very long. I don’t know what it is a disease or some king of bug??
