My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      Flo, I'm not a contractor but I would say around 300k. That includes a nice custom kitchen, a nice modern master suite and window walls at the back of thw house.

      It's hard to believe this is the same house!

      Great design decisions on the exterior geometry and finish palette. This house has so much more dimension and visual interest in its transformation.
