My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Find a good upholsterer and show them this photo and they can build these panels in amy style and fabric you wish. Do understand this is not inexpensive though. Good luck. If you are handy, you could make them yourself with styrofoam backer, foam filler, fabric and desired detailing and use brackets to attach to wall. Get ideas from YouTube videos to do this.
