just beautiful. what color floor tile and is it travertine?

I've been considering the difference between having polished or matte on the floor in our master - this looks like possibly matte....wondering if you have an opinion as to whether polished causes a slip problem in baths and using a polished Crema Marfil (my favorite) would it show lots of water spots if put in a shower on the walls? Thanks!!!!
