And the handles are so unique and different. Brand?

You can find them above under "Find Professionals" - they'd be happy to help! This kitchen was all dark reddish stained wood before, Haven should have some good "before" pictures! :)

I checked your reference for the cabinets pulls.  Black & Gold Cabinet Pulls (on white cabinets): "Elroy" Pull in Aged Brass & Oil-Rubbed Bronze by Rejuvenation. I can’t find them at rejuvenation. Can you please confirm this is the correct company for them?

Yes, Rejuvenation is the correct company and it is the "Elroy" pull. They come in a variety of finishes, including the gold and bronze that we used on the project. They are shown in gold on the Rejuvenation website and are still available in the multi color finish. The bronze looks black in person.
