Red brick seems a very uncommon selection for a home in that area.. I think the brick/paint decision seems in need of some serious thought. ........agree the baby blue has to go.

Yes, the color of brick on our house is uncommon in this area, as well as the beige windows. The problem with the windows and doors is that they are really nice windows, and my husband will not replace them.

Choose a soft grayed green instead of the blue it will work much better with the brickand the windows. The shutters need to be removed but the color of them a bit lighter is a good color for the siding. The front door really does not work IMO with the house someting simpler with glass would be a better option. Do not paint the brick for sure.

I vote for a shade of green a bit lighter lighter than the green on the ground level shutters and pillars. I think there is green in the brick over the windows?

Thanks for your feedback, Patricia. I had originally selected SW Oyster Bay, which is a bluish green, but my husband didn't want green since the current color was green. I felt that green was preferable. The windows have really caused a problem because white trim looks best with the lighter colors, but white/off-white trim does not work with the almond windows. I was planning to paint the columns the same color as the new trim. Did you recommend removing the shutters? I agree with the door suggestion.
