My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Can each 12x12 piece be individually packaged to avoid breakage?

I have had bad luck in the past with shipping of these mosaic tiles and since I only want 5 (five) 12x12 pieces, I was hoping that I could get them individually wrapped in cardboard and plastic wrap like they do in the store. Please advise.

    I just ordered 22 of the Bliss Cappuccino mosaic tiles. Due to a previous bad experience with shipping from Rocky Point Tile, I am concerned and am requesting special packaging ... can these 22 tiles be individually wrapped to prevent breakage? I was not given the opportunity to make any comments when I placed my order so I am sending this request for special packaging separately. My order # is 1602-8537-5937-8599. Thank you.

    I ordered three 12x12 sheets, and they have arrived beautifully without breaks. Image one shows the color of the tile under LED 4000K bright white light. Image two shows the layer of thin foam sheet placed between each 12x12 tile ordered.
