Are these in ground or in containers? As a general rule melons and cukes need more water than tomatoes and peppers need less than tomatoes. But that is just a very general guideline and affected by many variables like climate, soil consistency, etc.

As I said - melons need the most. That category includes watermelons and cukes.

Agree with Dave but you should be able to control (shut off) lines to each crop row. Cucumbers should be controlled different than other melons in my opinion. I like to water cucs prior to a harvest to pick plump, juicy cucs; Just the opposite for most melons.
