My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Insecticide (Bifenthrin) price/rates

I'm confused about these 2 products:

https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00C4Y286O/ref=ox_sc_act_title_9?smid=A1L0J6J9ZYHA6P&psc=1 Bifen I/T Insecticide-Bifenthrin Equivalent to Talstar PRO-Pint


The 1st one is twice as much product (32 oz vs 16 oz) than the 2nd one, and is a little short of being twice as expensive, but that makes sense.


What I don't get is that the first one is also 3x more concentrated, thereby making it vastly cheaper than the 2nd one, correcet? Or is there something else going on there? Is XTS different than I/T? They both simply contain Bifenthrin, so seem to be the same product essentially.


Thanks for any help figuring this out.
