Well, since you are near Live Oak, I believe, you likely can raise some, pumpkins, sunflowers, corn, carrots, broccoli, lettuce, and perhaps watermelon, and peppers if they are transplants. The herbs are perhaps more risky outdoors.

Broccoli, lettuce, and carrots need to wait a bit in your summer heat.

Given the exceptionally late start I'd suggest you pare your list down substantially. Doing that will improve your odds of some success at least but there are simply too many things on that list that won't do at all well given this late start.

Not to mention that some things on the list - broccoli, lettuce, carrots, etc. - have very different seasonal needs and are normally planted at very different times. Stick with the summer heat lovers and choose varieties that have short DTMs.

Lavender, sage, thyme and echinacea are perennials which you can plant at any time. They'll live for years. Parsley is biennial so you can sow it this year and it'll last until next year. Basil loves heat and sun and grows very fast. I see no reason not to sow that now.

When is your average date of first frost? Mine isn't until December. I'm setting out my squash tomorrow (to avoid SVBs), and I'll have plenty of ripe squash by the time my season is done. My tomato season is short, but for everything else, it is very long. I'm suspecting that yours is too.

But I agree that many of the things on your list are really not hot-summer crops.

I agree with the comments regarding cool weather crops (carrots, broccoli, lettuce), you might want to wait until cooler weather for those... perhaps around September for your climate. Most of the warm-weather crops (pumpkins, sunflowers, corn, bell peppers, chili peppers) should still have time to mature - provided that you put the peppers in as plants. For watermelon, though, you may want to seek a shorter DTM variety. Don't grow a lot of herbs so can't comment on most of them; but basil should be OK planted now.

In my post re herbs I deliberately distinguished etween sowing and planting but since the two terms seem to be used interchangeably by some I'll just reiterate that you can plant perennial herbs anytime you want. There's also time to sow basil and parsley.
