Hello mandy4440,
the line of paint is called General Paint - I have attached a paint key for this entire home - as I used over 7 different tones to "zone" and create subtle interest for this home.

The flooring is a Fioranese Silver Vein Cut porcelain 12X24 tile with carrara marble inlay at transitions - here is the weblink and close up photo of the floor - it is truly a stunning product.
