historic basement window replacement.

Good morning. I have a dilemma with finding the right product for replacing 4 small basement windows. It seems all stock widows are too tall for our 13 inches tall opening. I can find picture windows (12 inches) but no awning or sliding for that opening. Windows are about 13x36 rough open.
