It depends on why you were using them in the first place. I assume for pest control? If so and the pests are still present then why remove them? The brussels and basil don't require any pollination so cover isn't an issue (unless they are trapping too much heat or something) and you can eliminate that issue while keeping them covered. The EP can easily be hand pollinated if necessary since it is mostly self-pollinating anyway. The tomatillos really need benefit from wind exposure for best pollination so I suppose you could remove those covers if you want.
