My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The rose is Mystic Meidiland which is sadly no longer being grown https://www.heirloomroses.com/mystic-meidilandr.html--I would suggest a good substitution would be the Drift series of roses--especially the 'Peach'--lower growing, but it is a nice color match---it always good to seek out other interesting substitutes

    Another similar rose is “the fairy” it’s a little lower growing but really beautiful.
