My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What is the chain length?

How long is the chain length? I have 20ft ceilings and am wondering if I should have ordered additional chain. I need a chain length of 8-10 ft.

    Hi!

    Thank you for your question.

    The item would come with 5FT of chain. You can purchase an additional chain in 5FT increments for $50 per 5FT

      Again, I already called There is no selection for my needs. I actually went ahead and selected an option to get a live person and try and I was told they cannot help me. So...if I cannot order the extra 5 feet I suppose I will return the fixture.
