Recently moved to Florida from Ohio. Need help with a backyard palm tree that appears to be "sick" and hopefully not dying. Fronds are peeling down from tree and dying.

Have been in the home for 2 months and have not done anything chemically with the tree or surrounding lawn. Thanks in advance.
