So y'all might remember my post about armadillos in my sister's yard next door. Well they are back.

So i was sitting on the bed talking to my other sister and i heard a thumping on the side of the house. I have my clamshell shutters closed as the sun gets so hot on that side of the house and it sounded like someone was messing with the shutters. The sound came again and my sister said she heard it thru the phone. She says to yell that i have a gun. Well, i didn't do that. But i went and got a flashlight and shoes and went outside. The house next door is dark...i was hoping it was them making noise. I go to the side of the house...nothing seems amiss but i tell my sis still on the phone there is a musky smell. Then i hear some squeeking...and i am now thinking maybe bats are behind the shutter. Then i hear swoosh swoosh like someone is walking thru the grass. I am wildly flailing the flashlight around trying to see someone approaching. Then i see them...two armadillos making their way thru the yard right towards me. Yep there are my noise makers...as soon as i saw them i knew what had made the noise...the supports on one of the shutters are long enough to sit on the ground and if hit would have made the whole shutter vibrate. Two times the noise was made...and two armadillos...i think i interupted two dillos getting frisky with each other.
