Hi,

We got a record amount of rainfall yesterday, and water began dripping in one corner of our basement. We believe it is coming from where the electrical wiring meets the ground outside, as it slopes down and there are water marks. I attached a picture.

We want to add more rocks to this area. Should we also add clay or soil as well?
