what is this plant

I think this is an herb. I bought flowers and herbs at the same time back in June. It has grown very well but nothing has shown up...no flower so I assumed it's one of the herbs. I did name it with stake but it's not there. Can any one help? I'm in Atl.

Because it hasn't bloomed yet, it could be a sage like hummingbird or scarlet sage. They often hold their flowers until late in the season.

What does it smell like?

It reminds me of monarda (bee balm) but it should be flowering by now. I can't get that picture enlarged.

It does look like it could be part of the mint family, the leaves remind me of mountain mint but it would smell like mints.

It could be in the mint family but it isn't mint. The leaf shape is different and I should think that the OP would have noticed the very strong mint smell. Unfortunately the small top down picture doesn't show stem shape or leaf arrangement and the OP seems to have lost interest.
