Is there an additional white border?

On a 16x20 print is that the measurement edge to edge for the "colored" portion of the print and the off white border w/ writing that is shown here, or is there an additional white border to make up that 16x20? Thanks!

This print is not exactly 16x20 proportion. The paper would be 16x20 and the image would have about a 1/2 of white space on the sides. Let me know if I can give you any more information about the print.
