Hello,

I am in the process of building a house. We had planned on black levers/knobs and hinges, but today we went over there and the finish carpenter had put all brushed nickel hinges on all the doors without asking what our preference was. It’s obviously our fault for not telling our builder what we wanted in advance, but they have been great about asking our preference on things until now.

We have an extremely tight timeline for moving in since my daughter starts school in a month, so having them change all the hinges out at this point just isn’t an option.

Would it look ok to have black door levers with the nickel hinges, or should I go with the nickel levers to keep it all cohesive? Google images is failing me in this particular search! Thanks!
