GE Refrigerator fault

Hi All,

Does anyone know what the red triangle on the water dispenser means? Please see photo.

i changed the water filter. As usual an air pocket caused a large splash. The buttons started acting strange and then the triangle appeared.


i have unplugged it a few times and still always come up with a triangle. I also

removed the water filter and just installed the bypass.
