How do I pinch agastaches foeniculum?

I have two that have begun to flower, just small buds quarter-inch big. Do I pinch these small flowers for a hopefully bigger and more blooming plant? Or is it too late?


If it is, I have two other agastaches, another foeniculum and a rugosa (or Korean mint), still not blooming. Where do I pinch them?
