basement suite kitchen

looking at suiting our basement for an added income and struggling with the footprint for a kitchen. The windows allow great light but make placement of appliances difficult. photos 1 &2 show the back corner and photos 3&4 show the other potential area. I'm leaning towards the first option. any suggestions are welcome.
