No pics! What gives?

What’s wrong here? Seeing text, but no pics , in Houzz Advice. Obviously not a site problem since no one else has mentioned it. Never happened to me before, just empty boxes where pics should be. Rebooting the site doesn’t help. Any thoughts on remedying this? Or is it a sign that I’m spending too much time here and should transfer my energy to other endeavors?

Hi there, Can you let us know what browser and version you are using, as well as what operating system you are on? If you haven't already, please make sure those things have all updates installed. Thanks for responding, Emily. It appears that others have had the same problem, which has now been resolved. In case this information is helpful, I am on an iPad with the most recent iOS (11.4.1 ), using Safari.

I have the same problem. Since day before yesterday. Mac desktop. High Sierra 10.13.6.

The issue appears to be resolved on my iPad. I have heard that other users solved the problem by logging out of Houzz then logging back in again. You may want to try that if you have not already. Good luck!
