For the most part, pulls and knobs are a personal taste thing - if you like them, they are a good choice.

Black hardware looks fine. The most attention-getting thing in the room is the striped rug. Everything else is a secondary player.

They look good to me. I think you're right it will look even better with the other changes you'll be making.

I like the black but disclaimer I did black pulls on my cabinets. As others said, if you have other elements in your room that tie it all together (which you do!), then the black handles make sense. Looks sharp!

I only like black hardware with black/dark counters. If you haven't already, you might look at wood cabinets with black hardware and light counters to make sure it's to your taste.

Also, replace the mini-blind with a roman shade.
