My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Nice Landscape

Beautiful job. Can't tell from the pictures, diid you keep the pond? If so, how do you manage mosquito abatement? Also, what kind of grass did you use? I live in coastal OC on a corner lot, and trying to re-landscape without grass is a challenge. Thanks.
