Hi Mittens Cat, the glass doors have nothing to do with the Schluter. The Schluter has been fine.

Thanks @mont It's just that I'm shopping for shower glass doors this week so wondering if you could enlighten me on the issue so I know what to hopefully avoid?

I had schluter trim in my previous bathroom. It was not hard to keep clean at all. Don’t use any harsh chemicals on it.

My glass doors are very old, more than 20 years old. They are old the frame style. The frames get very moldy and dirty. I believe the new style without frames must be easier to take care off. I am not the best person to ask anyway. I do no maintenance.
