I am always very hot at night. Between the summer heat, my temperpedic bed and my age, I wake up roasting. Are there any solutions to this? When people need heat at night, there are electric blankets and electric heating pads. Are there anything like this for making the bed cooler? And are there any type of sheets that are good for keeping the bed cool? Thanks.
