My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I have a few seedlings, anyone know?

These came up there are about three. They do not look like weeds I have seen in our area. They could be some sort of tree or fruit tree... Thanks for any input

    agree its not a weed... it looks like a fruit tree. (looks like it came from a larger type seed)

    avocado ? , green sapote ?

    it could be several, too early to tell

    when the leaves get larger post another pic
