You need to add dimensions to your drawing

Conceptualize dividing the space into 3 zones. That center area seems best for TV lounge area, then on each end do the home office and on the far end a "bar" entertainment area. Perhaps a game table with a bar area? Depends on what the usage will be.

What is depth from long wall in center to the other side? Is it at least 10'? You need that much for TV viewing that works.

Hello! I think at most it is 8 feet. :/ , but I like the idea of dividing it into three. I think because the space seems so narrow and the weird way some walls go in a little or out it’s hard to picture a good flow for furniture. For example putting a desk against this wall vs that wall.
