I'm assuming that the photo is not all an optical illusion? That looks quite awful, roofing while intoxicated comes to mind. Was this a licensed and insured roofing company that performed this work? Had you seen other work they had performed? Checked refernces? Back drop to why you needed a roof? Was the old roof stripped?

You would have a hard time convincing me that is actually a new roof..

If it is.. You need to get those guys back there to redo it or hire someone that knows how to properly install shingles..

are you referring to the curve on the roof in the picture? Somehow the pic shows that but it isn't that curved at all. I've attached some more pictures of the same general area - can you take a look again? Can you identify exact things that he needs to fix up? Is it mostly at the edge where shingles are missing and it's not in one straight line? Thanks

There are some problems under those shingles. Bad/degraded sheathing or warped. It is not normal.
