This would be my dream to have this in my home. How much might a room like this cost to put together? Just ball park figure minus the rock climbing stuff

I would be very hard to give you a cost sorry- the wood floors, beams, iron, and stucco were bid by the contractor as part of the whole house wood package and I do not have a breack out for each room.
