Please assist me in determining the optimal furniture layout for my husband's home office. We have taken everything out of the space at present as we are putting in new flooring, I need to seize this opportunity.

Furniture will include a desk, office chair and bookcase. The desk I would like to use is big, 80" long by 32" wide. I have other smaller desks but that is my preference, as we recently inherited it from his mom and his dad built it.

Here is the floor plan, it's a bit narrow. The little 7.5"protrusion is a post, we live in a post and beam house.
