If you mean that you want to buy a polished marble tile, then turn it upside down and use the unfinished side as the "up" side because it is rougher and will not be a slip hazard in the bathroom, I will say that NO, instead you need to go learn about the different textures of marble tiles.

First, I would ask you if any males in your family ever "miss" the toilet or if you plan to be potty training any males in this bathroom. Or if you have anyone of any gender with a leaky bladder who might have bladder issues and get urine on the floor. Or dogs of either end of the age spectrum who might ever potty on your tile. All of these would ruin it with what is called "etching." Look it up and be sure that you can live with it. It comes with having marble. Urine and other acids (including wine) and other chemicals can cause etching and a multitude of substances can stain marble. Be sure you really, really want it before you buy it.

Then go look into honed and leathered finishes. Just go to a real tile store and tell them you are looking into marble with a less slippery finish.
