It’s an item that if you have to ask the cost, pick something else. Just like Nanawalls, or anything else. If it’s Modern looking, you’ll pay double to quadruple the cost of standard and traditional. And now, a50% cost increase on top of much of it, due to tariffs.

I know it's going to be expensive. I just have no basis of comparison at all. For example, I know that a Wolf range is going to be more expensive than, say, a Kenmore. I know there's a quality (and price) difference between furniture from Ikea and from Crate and Barrel. But Clopay vs Amarr vs Pella vs anything else? No idea.

I price my garage doors in pairs for 3 cars typically, installed with operators. For a single 16080 you're likely looking at $6-9K depending on the operator chosen, glass vs acrylic, painted vs anodized vs a standard garage door in the $1-2K range, again depending on model, windows, operator, etc. Find a local dealer/installer who can walk you through the options. These doors are heavier than the cheap doors, often require chain drives with more power, unless you upgrade to lighter more expensive acrylic. Anodized is also more. Tariffs are impacting these also.

We recently got a glass garage door from Overhead. It is approx 20x 8 or 9ft. We were very limited in brand options because of the 20 foot width and needed a commercial motor. Final cost was $10,700. Insulated, etched and powder coated metal.

Why did you decide to change the two doors to a single door?

Just aesthetics! It was a big process to create enough support for approx 20 foot glass door and remove pole support in garage. Has a commercial motor.
