Aeonium sp. Don't know what happens. A firm bath under watertap will mostly help.

The "sick" one simply looks like an older plant that has lost some of its lower leaves which is normal over time. If you want, you can cut off the healthy rosettes and re-root them and toss the old stems.

The small spots--I see them here during Aeonium summer dormancy or during a particularly rainy winter. Doesn't seem to kill the Aeoniums.

Thank you both so much, that's great info! It's just been winter where I live, and we've had some massive downpours this past week, so that would make sense about the spots. The plant is about 3 years old, and the healthier looking of the two was propagated from it.
