Your mint needs more light. The growth is pale and etiolated. It really needs to be outside. It’s hard to grow indoors. Also does that pot have a drainage hole? If not it needs one. What is the moisture on the pot walls? Is it condensation or did you spray it?

Yes it does have drainage holes and i sprayed it, so it isnt condensation. Ill try leaving it in the outdoors and see what happens! Im just afraid that because we are going through a particularly warm spell in a hot tropical climate, that it will wilt. Perhpas ill leave it out of direct sunlight? Thanks for your help!

Start monitoring soil moisture levels and watering when your plant actually DOES need watering. You're currently over-watering, and it doesn't take much in the way of cultural adversity to make mint's foliage to turn ratty looking. ..... agree it's starved for light.
