I have same: hardwired, replaced all 3 with same model. The basement one kept going off, even after backup battery changed. Called Kidde and the rep walked me through a hold button, blow out with hair dryer, button, etc. It worked for a couple of weeks and then went back to beeping. I dismantled it again and am going to replace with another one.
I suggest you call and see if they walk you through some steps to possibly clear any dust or something.

I forgot to add, I used a mix of ionization and photoelectric detectors for site specific use in the house.

I have the same model. There is a recall on certain years for model (at least in Canada)
