Scrubbable FLAT Paint, zero/low VOC?

I was going to use Duration Flat for my new construction then found out it was out of stock nationally so chose Emerald and SW told me both Duration and Emerald Flat paint were out of stock nationally.

I really want a scrubbable flat paint. Two reasons- I have FOUR young children and I really don't want to pay an extra $1k in labor for touch ups on top of the added cost of a higher end paint.

Is there something comparable to Emerald or Duration in a FLAT?

What? That is crazy. Why? We used duration and emerald in old house. Loved it. We did eggshell in the new one and I can wipe it down just fine. Kind of like it better than old house. It was the contractor grade version by SW called Promar 200 or 400. Cant remember which one they used. Can go in the garage if you wanted to know which one it was.

Just looked at the site and they have a lot more now I never heard of. One is called Harmony. Comes in Eggshell and Flat. About same price range as Duration/Emerald.

So our painting contractor said Harmony was horrible but that Duration and Emerald were great.

Our builder said they always use the Pro 400 and that it was good- it's also zero VOC. But I'd have to "upgrade" to egshell for cleanability.... fine with that but hate to have to pay painters extra labor since they paint and then come back for touch ups at the very end which with egshell is a bit more labor.
