My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

First Floor Bathroom

This is a full bath - tub/shower, toilet, sink. As I would love to have a full 6' tub, a load bearing wall won't allow. This is a very small space, 3 1/2' x 5. Tiny. My intention is to gut and start from scratch. There is a window which I am closing up on one wall and opening up on the outside wall. Small transome type.
