Kitchen back splash colors

Hi - I'm looking to have a tile back splash installed. I don't know if I should get something in the brown family to match the cabinets or something in the gray family to match the countertop. The appliances are white and the walls moss green and floors are a mix of neutral colors.

The backsplash color you should choose is rainbow.

What type of counter top is it? If it has flecks of brown in it, what about beige?
