Recommendation for what to use for a basement storage window that's mostly out of view? Will be located in a block masonry storage area from over which a deck will extend. Doesn't need to be pretty as it's mostly out of view (in fact, we might add security bars over the outside). Just want to be able to ventilate the area if needed.
